Tony Andrews, President
With over seventeen years of experience in General Contracting and the Building Trades Tony has a vast knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the Construction Industry and building process. In 1990 Tony began working for Lymber Construction specializing in Commercial and Industrial projects such as Strip Malls, Restaurants, Warehouses, and office buildings, as a Carpenter/Project Manager.

In 1995 Tony became President of the Residential Division of Lymber Construction where that specialized in building Custom Homes many of which he supervised the construction of for many clients in Chicago and in Europe.

In 1997 Tony started T. Andrews Construction, Inc. where he continued to expand and diversify by building several commercial and industrial buildings along with several residential custom homes throughout the City of Chicago. In 2003 he joined forces with Dimitrios Nassis and together they began to develop their own projects.

Dimitrios Nassis, Vice President
A native Chicagoan, Dimitri's building experience began with earning a Construction Technician certificate from Triton College in 1989. His first projects, with Stalcup Builders Inc., were rehabs of debilitated near south side three flats into single family homes as part of a Chicago program to assist the underprivileged in creating affordable housing.

After gaining some invaluable experience, Dimitri moved on to further his education and graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Liberal Arts Degree in Psychology in 1995. After college, he started a new career at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) where he worked for three years (1996-99) before receiving his big break and landing a position as an options trader at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange (CBOE), culminating in a successful lead trading position with Consolidated Trading LLC.

While enjoying the challenges of the floor trading, he longed to return to the building world. It was at this time that the collaboration with long time friend Tony Andrews took place. T Andrews Construction began to expand on the legacy of superior quality construction that was first established in 1997. Since then T Andrews Construction has been working on expanding their business in other markets as well as continuing to grow their presence in Chicago. His knowledge of the financial markets and business operations have also been important tools when he entered the world of real estate development and construction.

Sean Staunton, Project Manager, Treasurer

Sean Staunton is a 1994 graduate of Northern Illinois University with a B.S. degree in Public Service. He has twelve years experience in Sales Management, Marketing/Property Management and Restaurant Management. Sean is a lifelong Chicago residents who was born and raised on Chicago's north side. He is also a licensed Realtor and has purchased and sold numerous past projects for T. Andrews Construction. Sean believes that by uniting the many skills and attributes of the T. Andrews Construction Team, they can produce a truly superior product that reflects the hands-on approach they incorporate in every project they develop.

As a testament to uncompromising attention to customer satisfaction, Sean remains in constant contact with many of his previous clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Christopher J. Walsh, A.I.A., Secretary

After Graduation from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1995 with a background in General Contracting, Christopher Walsh joined one of the nation's premiere Architecture firms, Bloodgood, Sharp and Buster. At this nationally recognized firm he worked on many prominent Chicago area and National projects.

In 1999 he joined the Architecture Group at a local Chicago area Home Building Company which grew to one of the largest Home Building Companies in the U.S. during his 8 year tenure. As Vice President of the Architecture Department, Christopher was responsible for all aspects of Design, Engineering, Artwork and Construction Documentation of multiple product lines including condominiums, townhomes, attached and detached single family homes and clubhouse facilities in multiple states.

In 2006 Christopher joined T. Andrews Construction and serves as the Principal Architect in charge of Construction, drawing upon his multiple years of experience in Architecture, Marketing, Engineering and Construction.

James Swanson, Chief Estimator/Project Manager

Growing up in the Construction Industry James Swanson has a lifetime of experience. In 1987 James worked for one of the premier Custom Home Builders in the Chicago Area, winner of multiple awards in the Cavalcade of Homes and was the Chicago Sun-Times Custom Home Builder of the Year in 1987.

In 1991 James joined a prominent General Contractor as an Estimator/Project Manager where he was responsible for all bidding and project management. Here he dealt mostly with the Public side of General Contracting, specializing in Municipal Buildings, Warehouses, Schools, Condo Buildings and Churches.

In 2004 he joined the Purchasing Group at a National Home Building Company which at the time was one of the largest Home Building Companies in the United States. As Director of the National Estimating Department, James was responsible for all areas of project estimating and was also responsible for the design, implementation and Software integration for the Estimating System for multiple product lines including condominiums, townhomes, attached and detached single family homes in multiple states.

In 2007 James joined T. Andrews Construction and serves as the Chief Estimator. He oversees all aspects of the bid process. His experience and knowledge have been a welcome addition.

Scott Berger, Project Manager

Upon graduating from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 2003, Scott joined the Architecture Team of a top Chicago-based Home Builder. Scott gained extensive experience as the primary architectural point of contact for the company's Denver & Wisconsin Divisions managing the design and construction administration of over 30 Single & Multi-Family plans. In 2005, Scott received a Construction Management Certification from Northern Illinois University.

Scott joined T. Andrews Construction as a Project Manager in 2007 contributing both on architectural and construction management jobs. He is currently pursuing Architectural Licensure in the State of Illinois.
